He stressed that there should be no distinction in education and pointed out how education could be used as a means to benefit the world instead of the individual. The editor of the sun then attacked the School Administration Department for harming the students if the policy of segregation was enforced.(3) The Anti-School Segregation Association had been very active in defending the rights of the Chinese.
