Headquarter in Victoria and the Toy San Assoc. in Vancouver held a joint meeting. Among the matters discussed they aggeed to send a request to Chinese gov't, to make an inquiry and to punish the Asian Magistrate of Toy San who allegedly put a large sum of relief funds into his own pocket.
