There was a Chinese Committee set up by various organizations, stores and companies to ask for a modification of the C.B.A.'s structure.of the Committee sent a letter to the C.B.A. on July 9th that the next election of the new executives in the C.B.A. should be on the basis of locality associations. Representatives from each locality association should be proportional to its number of members.The Committee had sent up 10 regulations for the new election and hoped that the C.B.A. would consider the proposals.
