There we e many cases of Westerners going into Chinese owned restaurants and taking pictures of white girls serving the customers. Those photos might be used later to agitate anti-Chinese sentiment. If there are March 15 - westerners coming into the restaurants and taking pictures with no special reason, refuse to let them do so.
