If the H.Q. in Victoria and San F .rancisco had started annual donations, all branches should help enthusiastically.4) A Chinese thanked the ex-consul General Wong, And Consul Sun who were ableto claim compensation for his dead brother, killed during work at CPR in 1918.The compensation of $263 was sent back to H.K. in 1919
