March 9 P.2 1) Chinese Reform Party ( ) held a spring festival on March 7 in theassociational building. The Chairman pronounced a new year plan for the party members.P.3 2)H.Q. Van.- spring festival on March 6. Only 100 members attended. 3)Dart Coon Club Vic - spring festival March 7, with over 100 members.were invited to make speeches.4)Yen Nam Tong of the Tsang Locality '- -,*- - Van. The Tsang Locality hadlaways had the establishment of Yen Nam Tong for chairty and welfare. The members in Van. would also like to establish a Yen Nam Tong so as to provide accommodation for members who were travelling in the district. A few hundredp.3 4) dollars was raised but more money was welcome. A constitution was set up. They decided to rent 431 Columbia St. as associational address to collect $2.50 from each member; to collect $15 from each member returning to China; to provide 2 weeks free accommodation for members who were transients in Van.
