There was a dis- cussion about the misdoing of the New York conference of 1920 which prohibited the CKT H.Q. in Canada from collecting annual fees. Now such prohibition was officially nullified. The convention also decided tht each CKT branch should send delegates annually to educate people in the vicinity about CKT. All travelling expenses would be paid by local associations.2)A Chinese was put in prison for 1 year due to selling of evil drugs.
