P.7 5) Kai-yap Kwong Fook long - Van. and Victoriathe association had previously (1919) arranged the bone shipment, and they borrowed more than $2000 from Hoysun Ning Yeung Association. Due to their in- ability to repay this, a was set up by the members in both Van. and Viet, so that money was raised by the members to clear the debt. The money loaned by the members would be repaid through exit fees. Thus it was hoped that those who were returning to China would hand in the exit fee.
