P.3 (2) Revival of the Association for Excluding the Asians in B.C. The headquarterin Vancouver planned to set up branches in V.C. A general meeting wasto be held soon and it was hoped that 20,000 members could be recruitedfrom Vancouver. P.3 (3) The Kwan clan association had started to collect funds for setting up alibrary, a club and a monthly newspaper for its clan members. Executivemembers had been chosen and a constitution had been drawn. 2communication centres were in service in Victoria
