November 6, 1922 (Monday) P. 3 (1) The Chinese Anti-School Segregation Association of Vancouver held a discussionon the policy of school segregation in Victoria, on November 5. Therepresentatives attacked the various reasons that the School AdministrationDepartment held for segregating schools.1. Most of the Chinese students were over 15 and they were much older than their white classmates.2. Owing to insufficient schools, special schools should be set up for the Chinese.3. The Chinese were intellectually inferior to the whites. They decided to continue the struggle against the policy of segregation. Otherwise, the tide of discrimination of Chinese students in school would lead to the prevalence of discrimination against the Chinese community at large.P.3 (2) /^ 3L- V^ clarified the rumor that he had taken^*- -"^ .' $100 official money.
