P.3 (6) Wong Wan Shan Association of Vancouver urged the members to pay all theirdebts in order to balance the accounts. Moreover, Article 27 of theconstitution was to be revised, namely the $70 burial fund would be- -ri-changed to $100 book fund ( -f^rr r3 ) and tnat each person had todonate $1 annually
