It was believed such ammunition was for the warin China.2) A continuation of the representative committee's letter. It was concerned with the reactions of the representatives to the proposal of the advisors. Some were in favour of the proposal while some were strongly against it. They gave reasons to back up their arguments.3) Chee Kung Tong thanked those who had donated money to celebrate the birth- days of
