It was however hoped that Chinatown could be decorated to welcome the president.b. Seeing that the new Chinese immigration law had been passed, the weekly meeting on Monday was cancelled. In case of emergency, extraordinarymeeting could be called.4), who were responsible for recruiting shareholdersfor Wah Fung Company announced that the constitution of the company would be revised to attain perfection. In the meantime, it was hoped that all shareholders would pay their shares in order that the company could operate efficiently
