The Chinese there had been very cooperative inobserving the Chinese Humiliation Day. P.3 4) News from VICTORIA. A detailed report on what had happened during the ChineseHumiliation Day. It was reported that right after the assmebly, the Chinese had a parade. Cars covered with banners were drived in downtown areas. Buzzers sounded when they came near the immigration and court house. It was known that many Canadians were distrubed at seeing this. Some showed sympathy whereas some responded unfavourably; nevertheless, the parade was well-disciplined. No rai violence was repirrted
