However, the Patriotic Con.ni it tee in Victoria refused the proposal due to the fact that the 2 associations had different constitutions and might encounter different situations. Moreover, they disliked the idea of having a headquarter and a branch office which i.,ight mean inconvenience in communication and exercising activities.
